The vacuum unit that can handle dry and wet material
DISAB Centurion™ LN10RR is designed for suction of wet and dry materials, both horizontally and vertically. The powerful vacuum unit is mounted on a hooklift frame with a roll-on/roll-off position and can thus be operated independently of whether it is on the chassis or directly on the ground. The absorbency, with up to 90% vacuum, means that it is often used in industries with high demands, such as cement, energy, steel, foundry, contracting and power and heating plants.

The vacuum extractor with a separate diesel engine
DISAB Centurion™ LN10RR gets its power supply from a separate diesel engine. This allows getting a more affordable diesel consumption when the unit is used. The vacuum unit consists mainly of a machine house and a container. The stable design and weight mean that the vacuum extractor must be handled by a four-axle hooklift truck. It is possible to make a variety of options for the DISAB Centurion™ LN10RR, giving you the opportunity to tailor a solution that suits your business.
Operator education for a safe working environment
DISAB Centurion™ LN10RR can handle all materials, wet and dry, that can be sucked up through an 8” hose. The tank size is 7 m³ and emptying of the material is done hydraulically by tipping the entire unit using the hook of the hooklift. The vacuum extractor is designed with the operator in mind, for the best possible working environment. When investing in a DISAB Centurion™ LN10RR, operator education is included that focuses on how to safely and economically utilize the functions of the vacuum unit.
