Robust and reliable industrial vacuum cleaner

DISAB CompVAC™ is most often used as a standalone vacuum extractor with a directly connected 3” or 4” hose. The vacuum unit is primarily designed for temporary cleaning needs where materials must be sucked up and collected in closed or open containers but can also be used as a part of a fixed vacuum system. DISAB CompVAC™ is reliable, powerful and user-friendly – for a dust-free and safe working environment in a variety of industries. Satisfied users can be found in the concrete and cement industry, sawmills, bakeries, blasting industry and surface treatment industry.

vacuum loader with easy and ergonomic use

High suction capacity and easy to empty

The vacuum unit is mounted on a robust stand with telescopic legs, which makes it easy to adjust the height of the outlet above the ground. The high suction capacity can handle materials up to 50 mm in diameter. The material is first separated not a specially designed settling chamber, equipped with wear protection. Here heavier and coarser material falls to the bottom and the air stream continues to the main filter, where the remaining airborne particles are separated. The vacuum unit has a sharply angled container and a side-mounted door, making emptying easy and smooth.
