In order to avoid dust and heavy lifting in the workplace, it is optimal if the handling of waste materials and dust can be integrated into the industrial vacuum system. The BEAD mobile filter separator offers a totally closed solution where the filter part is easily handled and transported by truck with dumper lifts. The filter separator is suitable when handling large volumes or sticky material thanks to its large dust volume and easy emptying. BEAD can easily handle all kinds of materials, from light ash to stone.
Easy use, clear results
Absorbed material first enters the settling chamber of the filter separator, where heavier material is separated and falls to the bottom of the dust container. From here, the air continues to the main filter where remaining dust particles are separated, creating a clean and dust-free working environment. No special foundation is needed for the unit, and it is easy to move if the space is needed for another purpose. Satisfied customers can be found in combined heat and power plants, concrete industry, cement industry, steel mills and sawmills.
