Cleaning in heavy industries

DISAB TrailerVAC™ is ideal for heavy industries that often have production, raw material handling and packaging spread out in several different buildings. Clean and collect waste material where needed – thanks to the truck chassis, the vacuum extractor is easy to handle and move between different parking locations. Use the vacuum unit standalone with a directly connected 6” hose or as part of a fixed vacuum system. Satisfied users can be found in, among other things, heat and thermal power plants, wood pellet factories, aluminium industry, cement factories, cold works and steel mills.

Efficient vacuum unit for dust-free industrial environment

The absorbed material is separated and falls to the bottom of the settling chamber. The air with lighter particles is passed on to the main filter section and provides a dust-free working environment for the operators. Empty easily and safely by opening the large emptying hatch and tilting the dust container using the built-in hydraulic cylinder. Create a better working environment in your industry – the well-insulated engine compartment guarantees a low noise level, and all functions are controlled from the built-in control cabinet.
