Vacuum extractor for precise digging
With TrailerVAC™ SDW-3.5T you avoid large digging holes, leftover masses and unnecessary damage. You get close to the current location and can easily dig and collect the material. The handheld nozzle makes it possible to detect wiring in time before costly cable breaks occur. The powerful suction unit sucks up both rock, sand and sludge where all the material is collected in the tank that is emptied with weight-balanced tipping. TrailerVAC™ SDW-3.5T can with its capacity and efficiency serve as the only method when digging and removing materials, for example when replacing cable cabinets and soil preparation before construction. In combination with traditional excavators, the suction excavator will be used when you start to approach cable placement and need to clear without the risk of damage.
Simple and ergonomic use
The TrailerVAC™ SDW-3.5T is built on a 3.5-ton trailer to easily be connected to a pickup truck or other suitable tow truck. Simply drive up to the current location, start the suction, fold out the swing arm and be ready to start working in just two minutes. The weight-relieved suction hose and the serrated nozzle allow the operator to easily and efficiently perform the work on their own. Hose and nozzle can also be released during work, to be easily gripped again. Speed and on/offloading of vacuum and locking the swing arm in the correct position are easily operated with a remote wireless box.
