Portable vacuum extractor for industrial environments

The DISAB TrailerVAC™ SET-20T is ideal for heavy industries that often have production, raw material handling and packaging scattered throughout several different buildings. Clean and collect spilt material where needed – thanks to the trailer chassis, the vacuum extractor is easy to handle and to move between different parking locations. Use the vacuum unit standalone with a directly connected 4-6” hose or as a part of a fixed vacuum system. Satisfied users can be found in heat- and thermal power plants, wood pellet factories, aluminium industry, cement factories, cold works and steel mills.

A better working environment in your industry

The absorbed material is separated and falls to the bottom of the settling chamber. The air with lighter particles is passed on to the main filter section and provides a dust-free working environment for the operators. Empty easily and safely by opening the large emptying hatch and tipping the dust container using the built-in hydraulic cylinder. Create a better working environment in your industry – the well-insulated engine compartment guarantees a low noise level, and all functions are controlled from the built-in control cabinet.
