DISAB Centurion™ LN14

A vacuum loader for dry materials

DISAB Centurion™ LN14 is designed to effectively suck up dry materials, both horizontally and vertically. Equipped with a powerful suction capacity of up to 90% vacuum, which makes this unit suitable for tough industrial environments such as cement, energy, steel, foundry, contracting and power and heating plants.

Easy and ergonomic use of the vacuum unit

The DISAB Centurion™ LN14 is designed for mounting on a four-axle truck chassis. The vacuum pump is powered by a separate diesel engine which gives the operator a quiet and vibration-free ride. The square tank allows for an optimal load capacity in relation to the length of the truck. The tank is available in several sizes and the emptying is done smoothly by tipping the tank. The emptying hatch is operated and locked hydraulically through a double-acting hydraulic cylinder. With a combined tank and filter chamber, the collected dust is emptied through a gap in the partition at the same time as the tank is tipped up.
