Operator education for vacuum loaders.

The vacuum loader has been designed with the operator and ease of use in focus. The vacuum design utilizes the truck engine via a separate gearbox. Emptying of the absorbed material is easily done by tipping the tank and emptying hatch using a double-acting hydraulic cylinder or pneumatically via a hose. When you invest in a vacuum loader from DISAB, education for the operator via DISAB Academy is included, here you will be certified and educated in how to safely and cost-effectively use the vacuum loader’s full potential.

Benefits of DISAB Centurion™ P20

  • Many options for individual design.
  • Optional handheld radio, ergonomic and safe for the operator.
  • Combined tank and filter chamber, where collected dust is emptied through a hatch in the partition at the same time as the tank is tipped up.
  • The material is emptied by tipping the tank or pneumatically via a hose.
  • Through a propshaft drive the power is transferred to the drive belt that drives the vacuum pump.
  • Operator education via DISAB Acadamy is included.
