DISAB Vacturion™ DL14

Vacuum loader for dry material

DISAB Vacturion™ DL14 can be used both as a standalone extractor with a 6” hose or connected to a fixed piping system with multiple inlets as a central vacuum cleaner. The efficient vacuum pump and the square edge make the vacuum loader optimal for the handling of dry materials.

Powerful vacuum pump

DISAB Vacturion™ DL14 has a powerful vacuum pump that is powered by the truck’s engine via a separate gearbox. The suction capacity is regulated by adjusting the engine speed of the truck made on the control panel of the unit. As an option, you can also choose to equip the vacuum loader with a hose boom. The absorbed material is separated by the air stream in three stages – through the tank, the filter chamber and finally through the safety filter. Emptying is easily done by tipping the tank. During emptying, the filter chamber can also be emptied by a pneumatic opening of the filter cover.
