To avoid dust and heavy lifting in the workplace, it is optimal if the handling of waste materials and dust can be integrated into the industrial vacuum system. The mobile filter separator BEAL offers a closed total solution where the filter part is easily handled and transported using hook lift frames. The filter separator is very suitable when handling large volumes or sticky material thanks to large dust volumes and easy emptying. BEAL easily manages all kinds of materials, from light ash to stone.

Absorbed material first enters the filter separators settling chamber, where heavier materials are separated into a special wear part and fall directly to the bottom of the dust container. From here, the air continues to the main filter where remaining dust particles are separated, creating a clean and dust-free working environment. No special foundation is needed for the unit and it’s easy to move if the space is needed for another purpose. Satisfied customers can be found in heating- and combined heat and power plants, concrete industry, steel mills and sawmills.
