Collect and transport dangerous goods
The DISAB Centurion™ LN30 is powered by a separate diesel engine and is equipped with suction and blowing functions and an ADR function that makes it approved for transporting dangerous goods. The vacuum loader consists mainly of a fixed engine room with a vacuum pump that is powered by the truck’s engine. The vacuum unit can be used in many different applications and is available with many different options. The round tank makes it ideal for both wet and dry applications. Satisfied customers can be found in the cement industry, steel mills, foundries, and power and heating plants.
Operator education in the functions of the vacuum loader
The tank is emptied smoothly by tipping pneumatically via a hose. The tailgate is operated and locked hydraulically through a double-acting hydraulic cylinder. With the combined tank and filter chamber, collected dust is emptied through a gap in the partition at the same time as the tank is tipped up. When you invest in a vacuum loader from DISAB, operator education via DISAB Academy is always included, here you will be certified in how to safely and cost-effectively use the vacuum loader’s full potential.
