DISAB Vacturion™ DL10 is a vacuum unit specially adapted for wet and dry materials. The round tank makes it possible to suck liquid material. The vacuum loader can be used both as a standalone vacuum extractor with a working hose or connected to a fixed pipe system as a central vacuum cleaner.

A vacuum unit with powerful suction capacity

The DISAB Vacturion™ DL10 has a powerful vacuum pump that is powered by the truck engine via a separate gearbox. The suction capacity is regulated by adjusting the engine speed of the truck made on the control panel of the unit. As an option, you can also choose to equip the vacuum loader with a hose boom. The absorbed material is separated by the air stream in three stages – through the tank, the filter chamber and finally through the safety filter. Emptying can be done by adding the function vibrators, which allow the tank to be tipped with support. The emptying hatch is hydraulically operated. During emptying, the filter chamber can also be emptied by a pneumatic opening of the filter cover.
