Flexible filter separator for a clean working environment

One of the most important problems to solve when planning a central suction system is how to handle collected dust and materials. BEAT is designed for emptying materials that can pass through a conical-shaped opening. Absorbed material is first separated into a specially designed settling chamber, where heavier and coarser material is separated and falls to the bottom of the dust container. The air stream continues to the main filter, where the remaining fine airborne particles are separated and create a dust-free working environment. Emptying is easily done from the conical container by the manual opening of the drain valve. Automatic emptying is also available as an option for BEAT.

Cost-effective and reliable filter separator

BEAT is the reliable and robust filter separator that fits most industries. The separator is equipped with the vacuum-controlled filter cleaning system ATM (re-pulsing cleaning). When cleaning, a valve is activated which gives an instantaneous and strong air input backwards through the filters, which in turn effectively knocks off the dust collected on the filter surface. The frequency and duration of the air stream can be adjusted according to the material. The system provides you with a reliable and cost-effective filter separator, where no compressed air is needed. Satisfied customers can be found in aluminium production, bakeries, concrete industry, blasting industry, waste incineration, steel mills and sawmills.
